The Los Angeles County Office of AIDS Programs and Policy (OAPP) was established in 1985 as the AIDS Programs in Public Health Programs and Services of the Department of Health Services. The office directs the overall response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Los Angeles County.

HIV L.A. is a comprehensive director of HIV/AIDS services in Los Angeles County. To view or download a copy of the HIV L.A. Directory, visit their web site at www.hivla.org.

Hepatitis C Task Force for Los Angeles County

The Hepatitis C Task Force for Los Angeles County (HCTF) is a group of private and public agencies, advocates, and concerned individuals working in partnership to prevent the spread of Hepatitis C and to improve the quality of life for people affected by Hepatitis C
